VBS
Prepare to swing into fun as we head out on…
The Great Jungle Journey!
Every day, our kids are bombarded with questions:
Did God really create everything?
Why do bad things happen?
Was Noah’s ark real?
Why do I need to be saved?
Can I trust the Bible?
At this VBS, your kids will explore the biblical answers to these questions as they set off on an epic adventure from Genesis to Revelation.

Community Summer Field Day
Hope City Community Church will be collecting school supplies at our Outreach table every Sunday to partner with Quieanna's Way Foundation to provide backpacks for back to school for children in our community in need.
We will collect supplies through Sunday, June 30th. To see the list of supplies we are collecting, click HERE. We estimate the cost of a full backpack with supplies to be $60.
You may also contribute by donating to our school supply drive by clicking HERE and designating your donation to Outreach/Missions.

…on Saturday, July 13 from 12:00pm — 3:00pm at Allen Park as we distribute these backpacks with school supplies and serve alongside Quieanna's Way and other organizations to host a Back to School Field Day and share HOPE with our community!
Hope Sisters Better Together
Hey Ladies…
Join us for a night of ministry and fun at our Hope Sisters Better Together event.
We will have a time of worship, a message from our fellow Hope Sisters Alicia Cabrera, and we will have treats to eat as we spend time together. We believe we are stronger when in relationship with each other and we are excited to spend time with each of you!

Youth Summer Camp
A week of camp at Blue Springs & Vero Beach
filled with fun activities & spiritual mentorship
all Youth grades 6th-12th (2023-2024 school year) invited
cost $295/person* plus estimated $70/person bus fee ==> ($50 due 10/1/23, $150 due 1/31/24, balance due 3/31/24 and $70 bus fee due 06/21/24. All camp fees are non-refundable and non-transferable).

*Hope City Youth will host fundraisers to help offset the cost of camp (except the $50 deposit). Funds will be split between all Youth students that participate in the fundraiser and parents will be responsible for the balance.
Hope Sisters ROOTED
Hey Ladies…
Join us for a night of ministry and fun at our Hope Sisters ROOTED event.
We will have a time of ministry and fellowship together while we munch on goodies, hear a message about a life rooted in Christ, and do an activity together.
The cost of admission is $10, which will go toward the cost of the activity that we will do together and take home with us.

Small Groups is a vital part of our Hope City Community Church culture as we know God created us to do life in community!
At Small Group Sunday, we will have our small group leaders in the hallways representing their groups, ready and available to help you get connected! Our Summer Groups will kick off June 2nd and run through the months of June and July.

Hope City Youth is celebrating our upcoming 6th graders and outgoing seniors with a PAINT PARTY!! There will be GAMES, FOOD & FUN!

Mother's Day - Single Moms Outreach
Help us love on a single mom this Mother's Day!
We will be collecting items to build special baskets to gift to single moms to remind them they are loved.
You can either donate a completed basket or you can donate any of the items on this list and we will compile the baskets from what we gather. Suggested spend range for a full basket is $50-100. Please return baskets and/or items to the Outreach table in the lobby on or before Sunday, April 28th.

YOUTH Pledge Car Wash
Hope City YOUTH is hosting a Pledge Car Wash…
To help raise money for summer camp! Here is how it works: Students will ask members of their community to make a pledge of how much they are willing to donate per car they wash. For example, if a person pledges $0.50 per car, and the students wash 60 cars; they would donate $30!

Join us for our first annual Hope Sisters Christmas Party!!
We will have a Hot Cocoa Bar and a Smore's Bar and plenty of Christmas fun! Our theme is Flannel and Favorites - wear your flannel and bring a $10 gift (one of your favorite things) for our gift exchange.
We will continue to grow in relationship with each other as we celebrate Christmas together.
Hope Tree Outreach
This Christmas we will be sharing the Hope of Jesus…
…with families in our community by loving on them with Christmas gifts for their children.
We will have our Hope Tree in our entry foyer at Shoal River Middle School beginning Sunday, November 19th. Our collection will last until Sunday, December 10th.
To spread Hope to a family in our community this Christmas, stop by the Outreach table in the foyer and choose a tag from our Hope Tree. Then purchase the gift listed and return the tag and unwrapped gift to our Outreach table on or before Sunday, December 10th.

Thanksgiving Outreach
We have several ways you can GET INVOLVED!
Visit the Thanksgiving Outreach table in our foyer each Sunday from October 22th until our last day of collection on November 12th to pick up a bag and the flyer with a list of Thanksgiving items.
Return the bag to church on or before November 12th.
We will be assembling bags on Monday, November 13th and distributing bags throughout our community on Saturday, November 18th.
We still need volunteers to help us at the table for each service so there are a lot of OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE.
If you would like to help us serve our community through our Thanksgiving Outreach in any way, please either join our Thanksgiving Outreach group located in our online small groups portal HERE and filtering your search for the Outreach groups or email Kizie Tosi, our Hope City Outreach Director at kizie@hopecitycc.com.

“Scripture tells us that we will experience trials and afflictions in this life but it also includes promises of hope during those times.”
We will have time to mingle with some yummy treats, then a time of worship and the opportunity to hear stories from some of our sisters about God's faithfulness through their seasons of pressing. We will also be creating a visual to take home to remind us that we may be pressed but we aren't crushed.
